FL1004s Tractor is assembled in the manufacturing site in China, is a high quality medium-sized tractor developed for the global market, with excellent performance and perfect power to weight ratio, ideally for the use in small and medium-sized farms for the multi-function application.

The tractors are the ideal ones for paddy field applications. They feature high ground clearance, paddy seals, powerful engines, high performances hydraulic system and fully mechanical transmissions. These features make FL1004S Series suitable even for conventional agriculture applications. FL1004S are multipurpose tractors which can be used for a broad range of applications.

Engine

FL1004S models is fitted with Yuchai engines. These engines feature high-pressure common rail electronically controlled injection. This solution allows optimal power and torque delivery combined with high efficiency and low fuel consumption. They comply with China III emission standard.

Cooling System

The aluminum water cooler, has light weight and ensure an high heat dissipation efficiency. The cooling system includes also the charge air cooler as well as the oil cooler.

Exhaust system

Internal muffler is located in a safe position under the bonnet. For best visibility a slim vertical exhaust pipe follows the right A-pillar.

Air filter

The air filter with high-efficiency filtration is installed under the bonnet, in a protected and easy reachable position.. The filter element has a long service life in order to extend the intervals of regular maintenance.

The Air filter (CN002) is available with a standard configuration (DG000) or with pre-filter (DG009) which represents the ideal feature when working in dusty environments.

Fuel Tank

FL90S series is equipped with a large volume and durable plastic fuel tank as standardand, to work even longer time, a auxiliary fuel tank is also available. Standard fuel tank has a capacity of 85L. When additional fuel tank is present, the fuel tanks have a total capacity of 115L.

Pre-heating system

The pre-heating system (CB002) is available for 4W series, it can reduce the starting load of the engine when working in cold areas. This system improves cold starting behavior and extend the life of the starter and some related components. It is recommended to install the pre-heating system if starting temperatures of 5 degrees Celsius or below are expected.

Transmission

Ther FL1004S models feature a fully mechanical, durable and high efficient transmission. The gearbox features a 4-gears layout and is available in two variants: EU005: 16F+8R speeds, with 2 ranges and a mechanical splitter EU011: 12F+12R speeds with 3 ranges. Thanks to the synchronized gears, the shifting experience on the FL1004S is more comfortable than on competitor solutions with standard gearboxes not synchronized.

Powertrain waterproof sealing

As standard, FL1004S models feature the paddy waterproof seals. The waterproof seals are special seals that fully protect the transmission by preventing water from going through it (requested in paddy field applications).

Transmission

Front axle

The high quality and robust front axle is designed and manufactured by GADT. The front axle is developed specifically for the 90 – 120 hp product range. Thanks to the specific design it ensures high ground clearance. Hydrostatic steering has an independent pump, ensuring effortless steering even when raising rear lift or working with continuous oil flow of spool valves.

PTO

The PTO shaft of FL90S models has a diameter of 35mm and has 6 splines shape. Asstandard, PTO shaft is removable (KX010). Thanks to this solution, PTO shaft can be easily changed. Three configuration of PTO speed are available:

LI003: 540/1000

LI002: 540/540E (540/760)

LI024: 540E/1000 (760/1000)

Hydraulic-Rear lift

Two kind of rear lift are available:

GD001: Mechanical rear lift with draft, position and mix controls

GD023: Double-acting rear lift

As standard all FL90S models feature a three-point linkage with telescopic stabilizers and mechanical tie rod. Upper and lower links have a fixed ends compliant with Cat. II standards.

FL1004S equipped with double pump: Front pump 50L/min and Rear pump 10L/min. And the hydraulic output have 2 or 3 groups hydraulic output for customers option.

Cab and platform

Customers can choose to configure the tractor with a platform with 2-post safety frame or with a 4-post cab.

The cabin offers to the driver the right protection against dust and sun, and ensures an optimal 360 degrees visibility – thanks to its 4-post structure.

The 4-post cab ensures high visibility in each direction limiting the blind spots. The wide entrance door allows easy and safe entrance in the cab.

Rounded glasses of the doors ensures high visibility while creating a comfortable environments of the driver.

The cabin are fitted always with a powerful heating system as well as with a fully integrated air conditioning system.

Outer roof: streamlined outer roof with good heat insulation effect.

Inner roof: radio, loudspeaker, air conditioning / heating control panel are integrated on the inner roof.

Driving position

Two choices of driver seat are available. As standard a PVC seat with mechanical suspension and safety belt, while, as option, a Grammer mechanically suspended seat is available. By manipulating the front and rear adjustment handle of the seat, the driver can adjust the front and rear position of the seat according to the need.

According to the height and weight of the driver, adjusting the stiffness adjustment handle can make the ride more comfortable.

The FL1004S models are equipped in base with a fully analogue dashboard (AP001). To give additional insights a digital-analogue dashboard (AP012) is available as an option.

•The FL90S models can be fitted with a digital-analogue dashboard which provides additional information to the driver.

•The menu of the full color 3.5-inch LCD screen is extremely easy to operate through thefour push buttons.

•InfoCentre is located in the centre of the dashboard which integrates a telescopic steering column (AD002). As option, for whom are asking for simplicity and good value to money, a fixed steering column is available (AD001).

Driver can intuitively read the LEDs status of all indicators from the cluster. The four gauges accurately indicate the real-time values of engine speed, oil pressure, fuel level and coolant temperature.

When the indicated parameters exceed the normal range, the instrument will indicate the

value into the red area, and informs the user through the display of alarm reminder or buzzer.

Tyre and rims

As standard FL90S models are fitted with fixed rear axle. With this solution, rear trackcan be adjusted working on rim adjustments. As option, a bar axle is available. Bar axle system allows stepless rear track adjustment.

A wide selection of ex-works tyres are available. From factory, FL90S models can beequipped with standard agricultural tyres, radial tyres (Trelleborg branded) or Hi-Lug “Paddy” tyres specifically designed for wet rice-field applications.

We provide two kinds of rims, one is the standard adjustable rim and the other is the ring rim. Ring rims provide higher driving comfort, less vibration transmission both in field operation and in road transportation.
